So it’s finally here Thursday night Iggles vs Cowboys!
A great way to kick off the season with a storied divisional rivalry! These teams don’t like each other and the fans follow suit! 8:20pm kickoff so you know the Philly phaithful will be all juiced up and ready to go!

Good luck to all your teams hope your season is a good one!

Thanks for starting this years thread.  I can't imagine anyone on the Cowgirls being excited about their season after the trade that sent their best player to Green Bay.  On the other side I have a certain degree of trepidation about the Eagles season, a Superbowl hangover maybe.  They'll beat Dallas on Thursday, but after that I'm not sure.  On the other side of the state there's over and under on how many games until Mr Rodgers is injured and out for the season.  Buffalo, Cincinnati, and KC are all big question marks with franchise QBs while everyone's on board with Lamar and the Ravens.  I feel bad for Kellen Moore, a great guy and good coach stuck with the universal worst team in the league Saints.

I'm ready for the season.
I know they have a rough schedule but I think the Giants will actually do pretty good this year (or at least not get banished from the league).
I also want to see how Daniel Jones does without an offensive line collapsing in front of him all the time.

I saw about 75% of the Giants game, that was enough.
Daniel Jones was able to score some points with a decent offensive line in front of him.

The Giants and the Jets appear to be in for a long season.

The Jets were pretty good in a loss.  They only lost because of one fumbled kick and 60 yard field goal.  Fields threw some dimes and ran fabulously.  Some very questionable play calling towards the end of the game also hurt them, but that's not the players fault.  There's something to build on in the loss.

For their sake, I hope the Jets have a good season, I'd like to see them do well.
The Giants seemed like they were going to get things going but nope.

A classic case of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.  :(

as I said to the boys at the morning 'coffee clutch', now you know why #17 was voted MVP. If only the Bills head coach was as good .......
