This looks to be exactly what I have been looking for.

My MM Phono Stage has very high output impedance of ~15K-30K. My Integrated Amp has an input impedance of only 100K.

So, I suspect I am leaving some valuable dynamics and nuance on the table.

Are these TORTUGA AUDIO SSPB.V2 Solid State Preamp Buffers still available anywhere? (Kit would be fine...)

I agree that with those impedances you need an active buffer between your phono stage and integrated preamp/amp. I no longer offer the stand alone SSPB.V2 although I may have a handful still in inventory. The current version, the SSPB.V4, is now a plug-in add-on board for the ePot.V4 LDR stepped attenuator & preamp controller board, but is not configured as a stand alone product.  If you're really keen on SSPB.V2, I can take a look and see what might be available.
