This looks to be exactly what I have been looking for.
My MM Phono Stage has very high output impedance of ~15K-30K. My Integrated Amp has an input impedance of only 100K.
So, I suspect I am leaving some valuable dynamics and nuance on the table.
Are these TORTUGA AUDIO SSPB.V2 Solid State Preamp Buffers still available anywhere? (Kit would be fine...)
