I am having a tough time integrating a center speaker with my x5 speakers in my media room. Tried a gallo strada, now a kef reference 2. A few other budget options in between. Anybody have any luck? Unfortunately I don't can't do a single x5 in the middle.

I would recommend telling your processor that you have no center channel and it will reroute the channel to your left and right speakers… the X5s. Most center channels suck really bad. If you must have one for some emotional reason try to find a pair of X5s cheap and use one.

I'd look at the GR Research X-Voce, or one of the Magnepan center channel speakers. Both are open baffle like your Spatials.

Thanks all! Ill look into the magnepan amd gr research speakers. I tried a phantom center tonight, and it is a good solution until I can figure out the cemter that works in my room. No space for an open baffle unit unfortunately.
