I've greatly enjoyed Rick Stein's culinary journey through India. It's an interesting exploration of the various regions cuisines. YouTube has two chef's with consistently good recipes; Maangchi for Korean and Yueng Man for Asian and hybrid cuisines.

Yes.  You name it, and my wife and I have most likely watched it.  We’ll watch Top Chef’s Finito after the game.

Oh and RIP Chef Anne.
