I have a customer that needs some help getting registered.

Can you guys help him out please. He circled the issue that he is having trouble resolving.

I believe this image is not showing the second last line to we see the last word in lower case.
Could he tell us the second last line that appear in his screen?

Yes unable to post. cant figure out that secret handshake question. Thanks


edit again  It says my post needs to be approved by a moderator before it will post.

I cant answer that red circled question so I am stuck in a no post loop. Thanks

He was unable to register, you already registered in 2015.

I can not see your screen.
Why you cant post?  You registered in 2015.
Do you receive any error msg when trying post?
