I now have deep, textured and very wide and tall bass soundstage. The Lavoce 18" drivers are a thing of beauty. They just sound awsome and keep getting better. The Denovo flatpacks assembled without issue.
I have the gain turned down and adjusted the crossover and LF for best sound on my plate amp.
Is this overkill for my apartment? Yes very much so, but it does sound good. The system has that very clean live sound. I keep the sound levels low to medium.
I plan to replace my plate amp with a pair of bridged Crown 2502 amps with dsp.
I also want to move the subs closer to the wall where the big amps are and move the rest of the equipment to the front.
Also my mains are open back and the subs are sealed. You are not supposed to do that but I did it any way and in this case it works fine.
