Frank Doris from PS Audio's Copper Magazine stopped by the Danville Signal room at AXPONA 2025.

Here is his show write-up of the Magnepan 1.7i AB demo:

Thanks, Rich. A nice write up with positive comments and I read the remainder of the comments about the show as well. I thought the DSP was Windows based only, yet Mac OS was also mentioned. Maybe I misunderstood, so would appreciate your comments on that. It's nice that Leo's Orchard Audio amps were mentioned. I am still getting "Ultra"-nice sound 🎶

Nick,
The DSP Concepts Audio Weaver software is Windows based.  You can then Generate the binary file needed to Flash the DSP software to run the system without the PC.

You can also start the processing with the Audio Weaver software and then disconnect the USB cable from the Windows system and connect to the MACOS system.

The ASIO USB interface used by the dspNexus 2/8 is compatible with both Windows with the XMOS driver and MACOS supports ASIO for USB.  Either platform will work with the USB interface for music.

Thanks, Rich, for elaborating and it's nice that the system has that flexibility.
