In nice cosmetic condition. This unit was damaged in transit with the front faceplate coming loose from the chassis. I used ultra strong epoxy to reattach it for good! No longer an issue.
After addressing this I worked at determining what was causing it not to operate as it should. With the help of Circle Labs we determined the amp needs a new right channel output board. Since the board has been updated they would need to send both the right and left channel output boards. They quoted me just over $200 for both boards excluding shipping.
I have moved and no longer have a place to do the work involved. In addition, rotator cuff tears and treatment mean I cannot take on this project for the foreseeable future. I offer this up to a DiYer with some skills that would like this project. The boards are pretty straight forward to install. New set of NOS tubes come with the amp. The tubes are very affordable at $60 or so for a pair. Many eBay sellers for this tube overseas with great feedback.
I can supply the buyer with the contact and emails from Circle Labs regarding securing the needed output boards. The amp is sold AS IS with me giving you all I know regarding the repair plan of action. I have priced the amp very low for the right person willing to take the time to finish this out. This is a stellar buy for the right person as the all in cost may be just over $1000.
I will not ship this so local pick up is a must. I have the nice metal remote, but no box. I live in Franklin, TN. Zelle, Venmo and bank transfer as I am no longer a PayPal member. Cash or bank cashiers check are also possible if feedback is great.
This is a terrific opportunity to own one of the best sounding integrated amps out there for cheap. Just need some DIY skills or know someone that does.
