The March issue of “The Absolute Sound” landed in my mailbox yesterday and I was very happy to see the AVA DVA M750 listed in the Editors’ Choice Awards. Congratulations and well deserved!
I have a question and a bit of confusion. The description in TAS states that the DVA M750 is a hybrid monoblock with a 12AT7 (tube?) input stage. Is this correct? I’ve not seen this mentioned in any other descriptions or reviews. I’m seriously considering purchasing these amplifiers and would like to know. A tube input stage would make them even more desirable to me.
