I have a house full with 10 of my family here. We had a turkey, so I brined it over night and cooked it for dinner tonight.

Looks delicious! What sides did you serve? Brining a turkey is worth the extra effort.

The best turkey I ever had was injected with some concoction and slow cooked for something like 24 hours.
But the best part about a full turkey to me is the homemade soup in the freezer for the rest of winter.

Bender:
Thank You. Mashed taters and gravy, green beans and corn.
Allan:
I would like to taste that, sounds delightful. Wow, 24 hour cook time. Low and slow for sure.
