Life time lover of music. Long time 'aspiring' audiophile. I strive to put together a pleasant system with quality sound by trial-and-error on a relatively modest budget (buying older quality components that others have taken the depreciation hit on). In other words I try to put something nice together out of well depreciated, semi-vintage pieces.
Primary system: Thorens 165, Musical Fidelity A5 cdp, Musical Fidelity A5 integrated, either/or (Revel F30, 2 x Revel B15 subwoofers or JBL L250Ti LE)
Secondary system: Denon-3520, MSB Link III w/ full nelson (and P1000 power supply), Mesa Tigris ((class a, pentode and triode configurable, user selectable levels of feedback), either/or (Infinity Intermezzo 2.6 (active mid/woofer) or Chario Delphinius), Linn AV 5150 seismik isobarik subwoofer
