So the WIIM amp has 60 watts per channel, is that enough to drive an 86 db sensitivity speaker?

Yes Paul.  That amp doubles its power at 4 ohms to 120 wpc indicating that it has a robust power supply.  It should be able to drive speakers that are rated at 85db as long as it does not dip much below 4 ohms. It should play fairly loud.
