I took a millimeter or two off of the front baffle, and used gray WEICON Flex 310 M adhesive to secure it.  No direct wood to wood contact there.  Rest of the cabinet was just Titebond 3 wood glue and clamps as usual.  1/2" round over on everything except the back.

On a good note, we just measured and tested a bunch of Neo 3 tweeters and made 21 matched pairs for a customer.

I need to make a custom pallet for that customer too (he ordered a lot), but the weather is not allowing it just yet.
