There isn't a section for tuners, so this will have to do.

I'm using the MR-80 I bought new decades ago. It still sounds great, although the quality of FM has declined a lot over the years.

Picked this up for a song a few months ago. I’m roughly 50 miles from most broadcast locations and it does a nice job receiving stations using my Magnum Dynalab Silver Ribbon antenna and it sounds nice too.

I listen to radio station broadcasts over the Internet via my streamer.

Sansui TU-717 with Radio Shack FM yagi antenna, aimed at my favorite radio station (WCPE) 40 miles away. It has always been my best sounding source, but after tune-up and slight mods by Mike at RadioXTuners in Flint MI it has much clearer tone than stock and really came alive.

Over the decades I have had a lot of tuners.
And worked at 2 AM & 4 FM stations.
There is a lot of interference on the AM band at the house, but then there is not much to listen too on AM.
Right now I have a Sony XDR-F1HD.

Use the McIntosh MAC7200 receiver for its tuner only.

Sangean HD digital on my office setup.

Denon digital on my main setup. Considering selling it.

Denon analog hooked up to the man setup for future testing.

Carver digital for sale.

I have a Sony XDR-F1HD. Not setup now as we in midst of slow-motion move one state to another. Same for the rest of my system, all in boxes. When I had it set up I liked it. Especially for the side channel content, many stations broadcasting at least 1 set of extra programming. About 60 channels old house, 8 where we are moving. I'll set it up but it likely won't get much use unless there are a couple good side channels.

Not mine, web pic -

I have a DenonX3700

I live in the country (rural) …

Bought an FM antenna… mounted it on my roof… ran coax to the Denon ..

Was absolutely gobsmacked at how atrociously bad it sounded.

Kinda disappointed that a multi thousand $$$ receiver doesn’t receive digital FM …

But analog was a serious disappointment.

Is this just my unit … or ar3 FM broadcasts really that bad?
