So true!
I wonder if the refs are on Clark Hunts’ payroll?
They treat the aspiring actor Mahomes like a China doll

Every single year the NFL figure out ways to call more penalties.  My opinion is get rid of the penalties.  It's been said a zillion times that holding can be called on every play, so get rid of the penalty.  Change it to tackling.  Offense can hold all they want to and defense can wail on the lineman to get free, only tackling the defense is a penalty.  PI is committed every single play,   Get rid of illegal contact, how is contacting the other player a penalty in tackle football?  Don't like being interfered with?  Shove the defensive player away.  Roughing the passer outside of the pocket, baloney.  In the pocket, yes, he's defenseless, but as soon as he scrambles he a runner.  Don't wanna be hit, go down.  Football needs a major rule overhaul to get refs out of the game.

The Giants might want to rethink that whole running back/quarterback thing before they do anything hasty.

It's going to be an interesting Super Bowl, these two teams are very different.
The Eagles have become quite the powerhouse but I wouldn't bet against the Chiefs, either.

Yeah, it is… but we’re sort of used to it.
Another year, another heartbreaking loss,
and another Groundhog Day 😩
Still, they’re a fun team to watch and root for.

Still scratching my head about the Lions.  On paper (and on the field for most of the season), a superior team to Washington.  But then out of nowhere - one of the most wacky and humiliating losses I've ever seen. It's just bizarre that a team that good could play so horribly (like a flashback to the second half last year vs. the Niners, as if a switch got flipped at halftime.)

No excuses, but maybe the injuries finally caught up with us. (That stupid trick call sure didn't help, either.)  We would have been creamed in the Championship if we put up that same kind of performance against the Eagles, who shouldn't have any problem dispatching the Chiefs. That being said, Hurts being at 100% is absolutely critical. He looked very strong yesterday. On the other side, Mahomes just does what he does and always seems to find a way.  I will never count him out, but I can't help but see a huge game from Saquon and that incredible defense giving Mahomes fits. Like him or not, if he pulls this one off he solidifies his seat at the GOAT discussion table. I know he's a few Super Bowls away, but if he keeps it up like this....

Lots of feeling here in the D right now

Lost the game and both coordinators. Goff played horribly, but Ben Johnson should have got the ball the Gibbs more than 14 runs. Montgomery should not have played.

And the injuries... no way we get passed Philly anyway with that defense.

Ummm...NO.

While the refereeing hasn't been good, there is no conspiracy or investigation.

Congrats Josh Allen.  MVP well deserved and appropriate for the 2024 magical, record-breaking effort.  SB just a matter of time.  Soon.
