Does anyone have hands on knowledge of the crossovers in the VPMS RM40?
I'm working on a pair for a client, and the pair behave >very< differently.
On one, I have to max out the treble (which I think is just a pot trimming the single tweeter) and minimize the midrange (4x planar magnetic panels).
The other requires that I trim the tweeters heavily, and the midrange a bit less.
I'm thinking the trim pots have gone to pot (sorry, couldn't help myself).
Short of opening up the cabinet, pulling the crossover, de-soldering the trim pots and either measuring them or getting lucky with part numbers, does anyone have a clue as to what these might be?
I'd love to know, so I can go back forearmed with the replacement parts getting everything working in a single session.
