So I recently decided to pull the trigger and re-tip my Benz cartridge. It started sounding a little fuzzy and I knew I wasn't the nicest to it over the last few years by playing some rougher albums. So I read up a bit and contacted Andy Kim which he was super quick to respond an hour later. I sent out my cartridge the next Monday and a week later it was out for delivery back at my house. He swapped the stylus with an equal micro ridge and boron cantilever and also noticed that the silicone damper needed replacing so that was completed as well. Once I plugged the cartridge back in, I was blown away. No way, no how this cartridge ever sounded as good as it did right then. Had I worn the diamond that badly? Did that previous silicone damper really hinder the performance that much? All I knew was this sounded phenomenal and I was over the moon happy. Now I will say, his services are not cheap. All in I paid $615 for the service and return shipping, but when you factor in almost 0 down time and an increased performance compared to stock, that was worth every damn penny. I rarely chime in for reviews of a business as I normally feel the most honest review is my return patronage, but Andy deserves a solid shout out.

I also highly recommend Andy Kim from Needle Clinic,he repaired,retipping and upgraded over 10 cartridges for me and always did a fantastic work,the phono cartridges actually sounded better than original.Also Andy is very quick,most of the time he finished the job in 1 to maximum 3 days.Great services every time!
