I, for one, would love to see Flying Mole amps modded.  While battery power won't work for these 100 watt wonders, they sure can use better binding posts, connects and probably an upgrade to the cabling as well as the volume pot.

Any thoughts?  At $350 per monoblock and the reviews being the way they are, strikes me modding Flying Mole will be the next "tripath 2024" phenom, so to speak.  I heard Underwood was supposed to be doing it, but nothing has happened in the last year so I'm not sure - maybe you can take a look for those of us who starve on less than 100 watts...

If you or anyone else are interested in having your Flying Moles modded, please contact me about having them sent over to the Red Wine Audio Labs and I'd be happy to give them a listen and look 'under the hood.'  I'm sure they can be improved w/o breaking the bank!

Once I get them, I won't keep you waiting.
