These seem to be late model NAS Studio Monitors. Circa around 1982 - 1985. Looks like Formica instead of a matched set of walnut veneer. The give away on the date is the square speaker cover attachments. The original Studio Monitors had circular attachments that had a propensity to cause the covers to pop off. It was he first thing I changed when I took over manufacturing.
And actually, these were designed to be Klipsch Corner Horn killers.
