Thank you to anyone who took the time to reply to my posts with advice, information and resources.  A few months ago I was listening to music over my iphone speakers considering selling my Dad's "old stereos".   Anyways, here's my first "sound system".




Yamaha mx-1000u Amplifier
Adcom GFP-750 Preamp
Dynalab FT101A Tuner (yes, I listen to the radio)
WiiM mini streamer
Akai ea-a7 equalizer to come (troubleshooting in garage)

What speakers are you using? Aside, that tuner was one of "THE" tuners when it came out. Back when FM below 92 on the dial worth listening to.
