Hello, and thank you for having me. I'm a 63-year-old music and audio enthusiast in Cambridge, MA.

Looking forward!

I figure I should at least post my system. I listen to 95% vinyl.

Rega P8 with retipped Apheta2 and Exact carts
Rega Aria phono stage
Rega Apollo cd player
Nakamichi CR-1A cassette
Belles Aria integrated amp
Tetra 105 speakers (Canadian; 1990s) Are there any Tetra fans here? I'd love to chat!
Rel T/5i sub

I listen to FLAC files via AirPlay to an Apple Airport Express hooked up to the Belles Aria.

This year I've started to think about a new pair of speakers and have basically been going nuts reading and pondering. Analysis paralysis. The Tetras sound great; I'm not trying to 'fix' anything; just curious about other speakers.

  • To whom more was given more will be required.
    • Never go to a psychiatrist, adopt a straycat or dog. On the street they live only two years average.

Welcome . If your speakers sound good, keep them and dont buy anything.
