I have just bought a Chord Blu2 CD Transport, mainly as a CD transport but it also includes the Mscaler upscaling unit.
I plan to use this with my Bda 3.14 or BR20 setup - not sure which system it will live in long term yet. I may also plug it into a mac, in one scenario, to see how it sounds upscaling streaming with Roon. I also understand that typically it was intended to run dual Spdif BNCs for very high bit rates into a Chord Dave DAC. The Bryston Dacs will take only one input.
What Digital input would be the best one for Bryston gear, from what I have read Spdif seems to be preferred from the Chord end. The mscaler will do all the upsampling etc just need the Dacs to accept the highest rate they can.
Any Thoughts would be appreciated.
