So after many enjoyable listening hours…..loved the pluvia 7hd…..then I picked up a pair of the maop7’s…...to me they r clearly a step up from the pluvia’s….for anyone thinking about getting them…..dont hesitate…..

Similar… it is a custom made driver, probably closet in box alignment with A10.2.

Interesting - love it - I used to (and still do) love the sound of full range 4" drivers.  Back in the day someone made nice "doped" 4" paper cone things that had some decent xmax and could make some decent bass in a small seal enclosure.  I saw the Pluvias somewhere and expected them to probably sound like the graph above looks (maybe too many metalic sounding highs?)
