Greetings

Hello, folks. I'm new to this message board. I've been into hifi since 1992, when I got my my first decent turntable (a Dual, model forgotten) and Proton AV646 receiver. Over the years, I've spent way too much time and money putting together my rig, as it's an ever-evolving endeavor.

I had a 1979 Saab 99, last to burn leaded gas.  It was a 2 door sedan.  Sold it to get something that got better mileage.

Have been into hifi for 50+ years (if you count my mom's old AM radio and a portable cassette deck as hifi).  But yes all of us spend too much on gear.  Currently have Buchardt A500SE active monitors and waiting for delivery of a Primare SC15 Mk2 streamer, room EQ, wireless speaker connector.
