I dont mean to be course, but this is a rather broad request.
What kind of upgrade are you looking for?
Is your ST-70 currently stock? original circuit? or some other?
Are you up to a complete rebuilt or are you just looking to re-condition a few components?
What is your end goal after upgrading?
