I currently own:
FET-Valve pre-amp (late 1993)
Omega 260 v.2 power  amp (1996 last updated)
While I keep these units boxed up, I have no plans on selling them!
It'd be nice to have common replacement parts on hand, and I'm sure many orig parts (while not worn out, like semiconductors) are no longer manuf'd. E.g. Hitachi to-3 power mos-fets .
Current ebay price : HITACHI TO-3 2SJ50+2SK135 ($50/pair).
If anyone -- including AVA direct -- wants to sell me BOM parts for my AVA gear, let me know.
My orig. purch/upgrade records should be in FVA's database .

We still have a few of the needed hitachi mosfets but to need keep them for future repairs.

We switched over to the Exicon replacements a few years ago but now their button types are discontinued too.  Their flat pack versions remain in production but do not fit our older heat sinks.

All are very durable so it is rare for us to need to repair our older amplifiers.

The eBay asking price is reasonable.
