Good luck with the MG10/QR repairs! Magnepan does sell the repair kits with the latest glue.
You might want to look at the FOSI ZA-3 stereo/mono Class D amp. Two would allow biamping of the panels. For another step up, the Orchard Audio Starkrimson Monoblocks are very good. You can change the NE5532 opamps in them to other newer devices for improved sound quality. Trying LME49720 dual opamps in mine soon for listening. The Sparkos Labs SS3602 are another possibility.
I would look at replacing the passive crossover in total or redesign it with improved parts. A DSP crossover would be a bigger improvement.
They will need subs as they have a LF cutoff about 80Hz.
