Need help with Comcast/Xfinity
«

When I log into my Comcast/Xfinity main email, I have a secondary email added to the list. My main email is at the top, and the secondary email is an emergency back up to my work email in case I have cell phone problems (I have had phones get physically damaged). Everything works fine. Two Comcast emails listed on the Comcast page.
I need to add a third, which is associated to this forum. The email works, but I am having issues configuring the Comcast page. It keeps on saying that there is a problem with the inbound configuration.
Any thoughts?

I'm certainly no expert but have you tried a different browser?

Maybe check the port settings depending on whether you're using imap or POP3 ?

I tried another browser, nothing. But, it has to do with the actual Comcast portal.
I logged into a different email, and was able to add addition comcast emails. I can look at my fun one, my main one, and my work backup one at the same time.
