Hey MD,
I haven't been to your place for a while.  I'll try to join you guys this time so I can check out your latest & greatest toys. I can bring my Odyssey Extreme Monoblock if you like. BTW, May 7th is good with me but not April 30th.

since i don't want it to seem like i have a monopoly on all these sessions , i'll open this up to any volunteers who might want to host this...if no one wants to, my wife and i can host again...

Let me check with "the boss".  I may be able to facilitate. Although I may insist you bring your preamp. :D

I'd be open to hosting something this summer, once I'm done with little league double-headers every Saturday.  Maybe I'll look at planning another rage in mid-June.

I would find it quite fascinating to get some other perspectives on my rig and swap out few components and cables to see how that alters the sonic landscape.  I'm optimized for good-ole' stereo but also set up for vinyl, multi-channel hi-rez, and front projection DVD/HDTV.  Lot's of opportunites for audio fun and games.

Russ, so it looks like you won't be attending this Rage then?

If my schedule allows it, I'll be there for May 7th.

May 7th is good for me.  Mad Dog, today I just took delivery of a mystery interconnect that sounds very similar to Silversmith Palladiums we heard!  Do you still have the Silversmiths?

It looks like I can host for the 7th, I will have my XACD9000ES back from Cryo and "silvering", and there may be an outside chance the Timepiece 2.1s will be there too.

I would be interested in attending.  This would be my 1st rage.  I am friends with the Russtafarian.

cool! thanks for volunteering! 8)

i didn't want folks to think that i was monopolizing the Rage sessions!

although if you want to compare the Callisto line stage to the Luminous passive pre, it would probably be easier to bring that over to my place given that the Callisto comes in 2 boxes weighing 40 lbs each plus they really requires 2+ hours of warm up to start sounding its best.

Cool... I sound like a broken record, but I might be able to make the 7th.  I know there's another birthday party for a nephew, but can't find the invite if it's for the 7th or 8th.

I may have the Silversmith Palladiums and Meitner gear by then...

Palladiums?  Cool!

This is shaping up nicely.  Please do not forget to bring SOFTWARE as well.  I don't know if Mr. Casler will be there, but I think the group has grown familiar with many of the selections he brings.

Or maybe he would say:

Be there, will I?????

or There be, I'll???

Anyway just remember, Yoda spelled backwards says "Adoy"

Which sounds much like someone with a very stuffy nose saying "a toy"

Words to live by for sure.
