What is a reasonable price for my P1A + P3A, etc.?

Having purhcased a universal player, I am selling my Perpetual Technologies P1A + P3A (level 1 modwright mods) + P3 (power plant) + dan wright modded pioneer dvd (as transport) + audience digital cable, all as a package deal. When I bought them, the total cost was > $3,100 (without shipping, of course).

Everything is in excellent condition (I take good care of my audio stuff) and I have the original boxes and manuals. Needless to say, no break-in is needed

I thought I would get a feel for what to expect before listing this formally here and on audiogon.

Which Pioneer dvd player?

I have purchased in the past (well over a year ago) a similar package without the transport for under $1k on Audiogon.

You could ask around $1300 or so and see what happens...

Thanks George. The transport is a DVD 343. Nothing fancy but Dan Wright got a lot of performance out of it.

So your $1k package included the P3 power supply?

Yes.

I pretty much got the same price when I eventaully sold it.

I got $1250 for my PT package, but my P3A had Modwright II mods, my Monolith had the Modwright mods and I included Revelation I2S & power cords. So, I'm guessing somewhere between $900 & $1000 for yours. Don't know about the player, although I think unfortunately modded players don't seem to hold much value.
