I just wanted to put a plug in for Jam'n Audio in the Chicago suburbs. I am in the process of buying some wire from Joe, and he has gone above and beyond in terms of service. Caren and I spent some time with him and his wife on Saturday and really enjoyed the time. We talked about everything from motorcycles to audio.

On a related note, I purchased some JAM'n power cords from Bill recently (as well as having them in my REF 3205), and can say the same about him. Good products bring you in the store; great service brings you back!
