Our theaters recently reopened so Alice and I went out to the movies for a matinee.

A Quiet Place Part II continues the adventure with edge-of-your-seat nail biting suspense. After a quick flashback how it all began, Evelyn Abbott (Emily Blunt) and the kids leave the basement and are on the road in search of safety. Similar in formula to the original and that's a good thing.

Directed by John Krasinski, the original's silent horror is replaced with more fast paced, louder action. “Part II” moves on from the emotional bonding of the family to basic survival that allow the children to develop and mature as the film progresses.

Have to see this , as the first one was soooo well done !!!

It's on Redbox already, so a cheap rental. It very well may have been better than the first one.

I'm waiting for the first one to come out with a version that doesn't have a soundtrack. I think if the first one was done without a soundtrack it would have been amazing. The soundtrack basically made it a D movie.
