Which Bay Area, and if SF, from where to where - I'm in Santa Cruz Mtns, but would be interested if not too far

There's a pretty active group, the "Bay Area Audiophile Society" that has regular (monthly) meetings. Last meeting was at Brian Cheney's house for a VMPS demo.

Other than that, John "TheChairGuy" has organized a few audiocircle events, but the turn-out has been pretty slim.
