Jim, Please - a little more re-assurance before I connect?

I have the XLR receptacle installed. It has 3 numbered terminals. I have (+15V) to #1, (-15V) to #2 and they're respective (+) and (-) grounds(?) combined and connected to #3.
The plug. of course, will distribute the 15VDC to the fono boards and it's OK to take the grounds back off #3 on the plug side and route a wire to each power input ground?
When you posted that "just because there are ground holes doesn't mean they all have to be filled" did you mean that ground is common to both (-) and (+) hot and only a ground connection from one or the other was necessary? Not both?[/i]

Yes, I mean both grounds are common.
