I am thinking of a purchase of a Audio Note IZero integrated @ 8 watts a channel. Also looking at the Omega 7 mkii. Any thoughts on this combo? I listen to Mainly Classical & Jazz. 15 x 15 room. Moving from higher wattage tubes. Thanks.

The iZero had no problem driving my Ryan R630s (4Ohm 88db) so it should easily drive the much more efficient Omegas.

I was really surprised how well it did and how good it sounds.

If you’re set on audionote...you’re set on audionote. Lots of great amps out there in this price range or less that do omegas justice. Are you predisposed to tubes?

I'm just looking at integrated amps that will work well with the Omegas. Budget is around $2k. I really like the sound of tubes. If there is a SS that will come close I'm in.
