I wanted to introduce myself to the board. I recently became the owner of a pair of used HT3 speakers. Jim was helpful in answering a couple of pre-sales questions. They are driven by a Hegel H390 integrated amp.
I am the third owner, but the speakers have only moved about 40 miles from the original purchaser, who did not keep the packing. I bought them as a "local pickup" item in San Jose CA. I had not appreciated just how heavy they are - they stayed in the back of my car for about 3 weeks until I organized some help in getting them into my place. So far I am quite happy with them.
