What are some companies other than what's on this forum that have well priced treatments that work?  I know of Real Traps, what else is there?

Acoustic fields stuff is not cheap but great quality and they offer a free room analysis with owner Dennis Foley. He seems to be really knowledgeable. He has great videos on YouTube. I made a bunch of absorption panels out of Roxul batts and boards using a template from someone I found on YouTube. Just do a search on user Rocker. If I had unlimited funds, I would have went with Acoustic Fields or GIK or one of the others. I have also bought foam from foamfactory.com.

I have bought acoustic fabric from ATS acoustics and they are great to deal with. I recommend them.

There are tons of options out there for any budget and ability level. There is always the WAF too. As I have a dedicated room, that was not the issue, but I still wanted the room to look acceptable.

Floyd Toole in his 3rd edition of "Sound Reproduction" barely recommends diffusers for home use, but does suggest use of absorption panels.  The most important factor is the material sonic properties first, area covered, and design.  Most treatments are extremely ineffective, especially in the lower frequencies.

I purchased a well made panel from acoustimac. They have a nice selection of materials and absorption materials.

This is great as they're not that far from me.  Need to check out their specs to make sure they're effective.

I've used GIK panels for years and highly recommend them.  https://www.gikacoustics.com/  From plain to artistic panels...I primarily use the 244 absorber panels.  They tame the bass in my acoustically lousy room quite nicely.  And they're affordably priced.

Dennis at Acoustic Fields really helped me with my room. I bought the foam from Dennis and built the frames DIY style. This saved some money and didn’t sacrifice performance. His foam is awesome.

For absorption panels, consider RPG, Kinetics Noise Control, GIK, and Realacoustix

For diffusion elements, depending on the type, RPG, Kinetics, Realacoustix, GIK, maybe Primacoustic (or for lightweight products, Vicoustic or Artnovion)
