GR Research A/V-1 Monitor Speakers in Black Oak. Mint condition. New lower price - $375 obo. (price has been lowered from $450 > $425 > $400 > $375 since originally posted)

Approximately 2 years old - very LIGHT use. Like new condition.

This pair was ordered fully assembled from Danny Richie and is shielded for easy placement near your TV/monitor. These beautiful speakers were ordered with all the options available at the time, including magnetic grilles and Blackhole 5. Original cost - $700.

Hey, I have heard very good things about these speakers. How do they compair with the Polk RT5's I'm using now? I'm looking for something with great imaging with some punch to them.

I can't comment on the Polk's as I've never heard them. I can say however that the AV/1's are fantastic speakers. Many people on this forum and over at audioasylum.com will attest to that.

I'm currently located in Tampa, FL (33605) but will be moving to Colorado Springs (80918) after May 20.
