Amp and power supply built by Wauwatosa Tube Factory in the Milwaukee area.  This design utilizes an overbuilt power supply in a separate chassis, and can accept 6L6GC/6V6/KT88 output tubes. The amp has a toggle to switch between headphone and speaker mode, as well as an ultralinear/triode mode toggle.  I have primarily used the amp for powering my 99dB efficient folded OBs, with great success.  I have also run 6L6GC and KT88 tubes, and both are included in the sale price.   I am completely happy with this amp, but am moving to monoblocks and don't have the need to keep both.  The links below give a thorough explanation of the design and build, along with pictures.  If you have more specific questions I can go to the builder for more clarification.  Both the amp and power supply look great and function perfectly.  I'm not 100% sure of the output, but I believe it's 5-7 watts, depending on which mode you are in.

No longer for sale.  I will likely pack them in separate boxes and then place them into one main box for shipping.  Overall weight for the amp and power supply is ~30#.  I expect shipping will probably cost $100 or so, if I had to guess.

Black switches?
Power supply voltage setting for 6V6/6L6?
Amplifier setting for triode/ultralinear?

Test points on back of power supply?

There are no "black switches".  There is a knob on the power supply that allows you to adjust bias, and a volume pot on the amp for headphone listening (and to adjust the level through speakers if you aren't using a preamp).  The test points are in the back of the power supply for adjusting bias.  I honestly can't answer your question regarding the 6V6/6L6 voltage setting, as I haven't used either of those tubesets (only 6L6GC and KT88).  I would suspect that info is in the extensive build and design notes ... if not I can find out.  I'm not sure what your question is exactly about the triode/UL setting.  That was added by the builder to extract a little more power in the UL position.  It's the toggle between the output tubes on the amp chassis.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the free bump ... it's tough to know how to price "non-brand name" builds like this.  It is an extremely nice build, and someone will be very happy with it driving headphones or speakers.
