If you replace those high mass banana plugs with the male tube connector ends you will pick up some added clarity across the board.
I went ahead and replaced the locking bananas with the tube connectors. Ta da!\I notice that the male tube connectors make decent contact with traditional binding posts. They just don't go all the way in. What do you think about cutting the appropriate amount of the tip off the male connector to make a better fit with binding posts? Not quite a complete TC set, but lower mass than the locking plugs. I'm not going to go as far as replacing the binding posts on the amps.
