In the 90s with those advents of outsourcing, business downsinzing and motivational workgroup approach the head of the sector next to mine came up with a talk wanting convince me to parachuting into a local secondary airport with he, he did not get any volunteer, nor even he went.

Interesting procedures taken by commander during storm with wind shear alarm in 2020 flight with 737 jet approaching to land in Congonhas-SP.

00:05 Computer: Go around wind shear a head.
00:06 Commander turn off auto pilot. Buzz alarm for auto pilot off.
00:07 Commander: -Maintain the configuration (flaps and landgear)
(Commander advances the engine levers to max power).
00:09 Commander: -Maintain the configuration.
00:15 Commander: -Maintain the configuration.
00:20 Commander: -Notify the control tower the wind shear alarm.
00:33 Commander: -PIT15 Firewall.
(PITch 15= raising the prow by 15 degrees),
(Firewall= engines power max)
00:37 Commander: -Let the configuration.
00:50 Hail hitting the windscreen.
00:47 Pilot: -Hold until restart PIT15.
01:06 Pilot: -At the beginning (of the alarm) there was another jet in front of us.
01:09 Commander: -Nice.
01:21 Commander: -Flaps 15.
01:27 Commander activates the landing gear retraction.
01:31 Commander: -Flaps five.
01:37 Commander: -Flaps one.

Unfortunately the video not complete to the final landing.
On this day these pilots earned their pay honestly.
I would like to leave here my simple tribute to these pilots
who saved these passengers on this day.

Thanks for this link.  I find it fascinating that the sound engineers of RCA, Mercury, Command, and few others in the late 50's created sound that can still be considered "audiophile" quality today.  There was a "golden age" of about 10 years when brilliant engineers created records of great quality... until the accountants began looking for ways to pinch pennies about 1970. 
RCA Living Stereo is still the bulk of my listening.  I've probably got 5-600 different "shaded dog" records and they are still hard to beat.
