Denver, CO - Suggestions on Audio or Used Vinyl Hangouts?

I am hitting the road tomorrow morning for a week long business trip to Denver, CO. Any suggestions from AC'ers on audio or used vinyl shops would be appreciated. Restaurant suggestions also are welcome.

How is the 1515 Market Restaurant on Market Street?

I think the DAM folks cover the town pretty well, so wherever you are someone should have some tips.

I'm staying at the Grand Hyatt at 1750 Welton Street in Denver. I'll be in day long meetings most of the week, but would enjoy have a brewski with any DAM some evening. I'm sure you know a few good local micro-brewies from a past lifetime

I like all kinds of food - everything from a good steak place, chinese-asian, salads, to mexican. Anything you recommend would be fine.

Well time to head to the Philly airport and try beat the snowstorm heading our way.

Most of the good steak places are ridiculously expensive in Denver.

I'd rec Le Central for good French based food, it's a bit outside of downtown, but very good. For asian you can't beat Little Ollie's. It's about 3 miles from downtown, but it's worth the 10 minute drive. If you want burgers then the Cherry Cricket can't be beat (I like it better than the vaunted City Grill burgers).

I'd say avoid the Market Resteraunt, it's very much over hyped.

One really cool (and good) restaurant downtown is called Lime. It's modern Mexican and American with some Pacific rim influences. It's not easy to find, but it's very good.

Traditional Mexican, barbeque, and seafood are not really strong points of the Denver restaurant scene.

I say we hit either Little Ollies or Lime for some good grub, then hit the Falling Rock Taphouse for their amazing selection of on-tap beers, then Pints for a bit of a scotch nightcap.

Well, since no one has replied, I'll say that we should all meet up at Little Ollies at 7pm Wednesday. Parking is easy and finding it is easy too. Here is the mapquest link to it:

I can't believe I just read this from someone who lives around here. Perhaps there aren't a lot of places in downtown Denver, but there is a lot of good traditional Mexican food around.

Remember Tyson grew up in Texas. He is forever ruined as to what Mexican food should taste like

Sorry folks, tied up in lengthy meetings today and could not respond. 7PM at Little Ollie's it is for tomorrow evening. I am in for tomorrow evening and look forward to meeting & greeting members of the DAM.
