That is strange! Other manufacturers like Monolith whose products also use MDS technology and that also use the HSR-82T board in their current products (HTP-1) are still offering their processors with the HDMI 2.0a board.
How can they do what Bryston can‘t?

Good question! The HSR82T (with HDMI 2.0b) is still currently listed on the MDS website. ???
