JVC RX-F10 Sub Problem
I think I found a solution. On the back of my player I have 2 analog stereo outputs. I hooked them both up to the receiver one to the multi in and one to the vcr in. The sub was not connected. I a/b'd between the 2 on the same songs and sections over and over again and could hear no difference between the 2. Since the sub can easily be intergrated with the vcr input-no splitters etc, I'm just going to use that. Maybe the multi in sounds better with SACD/DVDA, but I couldn't here anything different on redbook. Lucky for me. Thanks for the help.

I could barely hear the difference myself.  Then someone told me that my system was kinda sorry because I couldn't hear the difference (maybe not in so many words,) because the difference was obvious.  Oh well.

I can't hear the difference using one of the better cd players and speakers out there with treatments, tweaks, and conditioning up the rear so I wouldn't feel that bad about about it.

I don't know if the comparison is valid until you have some hours on your F10.  How many hours do you have on it so far?  After about 80 hours, the DVD-Multi circuit definitely started sounding better to me (not in comparison to another circuit, but compared to itself).

It's possible that you might have to burn in each amp circuit independently.

I would assume both inputs will benefit equally from burn in. I'm going to burn both inputs in and see if any differences emerge.
