What is your cooking Motto, if you have one?

Mine is regarding taste of Macaroni & Cheese: When in doubt add more cheese. :smoke:

I find I'm attracted to the tools and talent of cooking, but prefer the eating part in the long haul.

Yeah, we made up a sign and it gathers many chuckles.  (For those that live.) 

And by the way, butter DOES make it better.  You are my kind of cook.
