SMSL AD18. VS. Topping MX 3

Looking for something small and cheap to put inside entertainment center to power Elac Debut f5. Has to have remote and a way to connect to tv.   Any other contenders Besides the SMSL or Topping?

I have used both of these the headphones output on the toppings MX3 is better than the SMSL AD18 these 2 are the best ones that i have seen under  $ 150  any suggestions?
