SOLD

Double Impact SE painted in a High Gloss (BMW Mineral Gray paint) comes with factory grills (still in Box) and factory spikes and boxes and they come from a pet/smoke free environment

they are in very good condition, but have a few minor paint chips from moving around, the chips are located on bottom of speakers. and a tiny chip on side (hard to get clear photo) overall they are very nice for the price. in my living room(low lighting) they look like a Charcoal gray, but better lighting would give a lighter gloss finish, just a beautiful finish.

SE's upgrades include: Gloss Paint-- better tweeters--mundorf caps--cardas binding posts--upgraded internal wiring and better 10" bass drivers. as a former Double Impact owner, these are a very nice upgrade over the regular DI's!

they sound great, with very nice mids and very good dynamics and nice top end, they easily compete with speakers that cost way more!

 Demo available  for buyers (weekends)

Local sale only and buyer to pickup and Cash Only, due to the size and my work schedule.

Located in the Chicagoland area   price  asking $3499

Contact for more info.

Sale due to moving up the Tekton line.

sorry, for long delay in response was looking at Encore or maybe Moabs.

Tekton offers incredibly performance per dollar!

I've own B&W 803's   and Wilson Benesch "Vector"  and Dynaudio in the past and the Tekton clearly outperformed them in all  areas.   i spent more  funds on a nicer TT and Cart (VDH)  thrilled  and a happy Listener!

Wish you weren't so far away  :(

pick up here in the Chicagoland area (can demo if needed)    they  work in many size rooms.from small to larger rooms, and room placement is easier with Tektons. they look great with the high gloss finish and no worries about waiting months from Tekton, with the upgraded paint finish.

imo:Tektons offer crazy good performance for the money, and these SE's will compete with speakers  that $10-20K        "speaker platforms Not included"  comes with factory floor spikes.

they play all types of music with ease and no  excuses. M/F Voice, Classical,Jazz,Rock,Pop,Blues etc....

currently listening to Dire Straits "BIA" (sounds great on Vinyl)  and playing some Miles Davis, Nina Simone and Sonnyboy Williamson it's nice!

What size is your room?   Thanks  Tom

they are in my living room in a small ranch style house. 16' x 13'  x 8'  (open sides)

Tektons  work very well in small and bigger rooms, and they are not finicky to setup and sound wonderful

Thanks
