I'm sure most of you remember the movie "Chariots of fire" On wings of Eagles is the story of Eric Liddle
when he returned to China after the 1924 Olympics. He was born in China but was a true Scotchman.
WWII came and he and the other missionaries were interned in a Japanese prison camp. Supposed to be a
true story. He died in 1945 of a brain tumor five months before the allies came to rescue the people in August 1945.
I saw it on Amazon. not the best thing I'd seen but a very interesting movie.
