I can't get the GUI to come up, using my.bryston.com. My BDP3 shows up, but when I click on it to alter the settings nothing comes up. Any advice? TIA.

Firmware issue? You may need an update. That's my best guess.

I don't know what I did but it seems to be working now. Story of my life--messing around with the Samsung and Denon home theater setup today, have no idea what the problem was, was on the phone with Denon and Samsung support insisting that it was possible to do what I was asking, they were insisting it wasn't possible, and then I tripped into another setting that instantly solved the problem. Wow! You were able to have a useful conversation with Samsung support? Maybe they've changed recently!
